Our Memorial Program allows donors to celebrate a loved one's life. When a memorial is received, a personalized tribute card is sent to the person or family member indicated, notifying them of the thoughtful donation, but not revealing the amount. Each gift is tax-deductible.
Fundraising
Special 3rd Party Events
We welcome the opportunity to work with community organizations and individuals who wish to hold a special event fundraiser to benefit the Komen Ozark Affiliate. However, we do require that a "Letter of Agreement" (LOA) is completed which outlines the details of the event and grants permission to use the Komen name and logos for your event. Please contact the Komen office at 479-750-7465 to discuss details.

Double your Donation with Matching Gifts
Many companies offer matching gift programs encouraging employees to contribute to organizations. Most of these programs match your gift contributions dollar for dollar.
Please check with your company to see if it offers matching gift program that will match to the Ozark Affiliate of The Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation. Simply obtain a form from your employer, complete your portion of the form and mail it to us at:
