How to Apply for Funding
Thank you for your interest in the Komen Ozark Affiliate grants program.
We fund STEP grants (one year grants) and Small Grants.

To be eligible to SUBMIT an application the follow requirements MUST be met:
1. Attended one of the grant writing workshops in July
2. A federally tax-exempt entity — nonprofit organization, government agency, educational institution or Indian tribe.
3. Located in the specified affiliate service area of Benton, Boone, Carroll, Crawford, Madison, Newton, Sebastian or Washington County
